Hoosic Valley Athletics Update

On Friday, January 22nd, Governor Cuomo and NYSDOH gave approval for high-risk sports to resume starting on February 1st. Rensselaer County followed suit by giving their approval on Thursday, January 28th. Hoosic Valley will begin official practices for Girls and Boys JV & Varsity basketball on Monday, February 1st. As soon as a schedule of games becomes available it will be posted on the school website.
Tryout/practice times for basketball this week:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday (In the HS Gym) Boys JV & Varsity 2:45-5:00 Girls Varsity 5:30-8:00
Tuesday/Thursday (In the HS Gym) Girls Varsity 2:45-5:00 Boys JV & Varsity 5:30-8:00
Monday through Friday (In the Elementary Old Gym) Girls JV Basketball 3:30-5:30
