CALLING ALL FALL ATHLETES!
UPDATE: AS OF RIGHT NOW FALL SPORTS ARE SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON MONDAY, 9/21. MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE START OF FALL SPORTS WILL BE FORTHCOMING.
Any Students in the grades 7-12 for the 2020-2021 school year who are interested in signing up for a Fall sport, please use the email below to contact the Varsity coach of the sport you wish to play. PLEASE DO THIS EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE COACH TO SIGN UP. THIS WAY THEY WILL HAVE THE MOST UP TO DATE LIST POSSIBLE FOR THE START OF THE SEASON!

- If you have a current physical from 2018-2019 or 2019-2020, you are eligible to play for the Fall season.As of now, this extension only applies to the Fall 2020 season.
- If you are a returning athlete, you must also turn in an “Interval Health History” form to Mrs. Barton.These are available at the HS Nurse’s Webpage.
- If you are a 7th grader or playing a school sport for the first time, you will need to turn in an “Athletic Health History” form to Mrs. Barton. This is also available on the HS Nurse’s Webpage.
**THE HEALTH FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO SCHOOL ASAP. THEY CAN BE DROPPED OFF TO THE SCHOOL OR SCANNED AND EMAILED DORECTLY TO MRS. BARTON. THIS WAY MRS. BARTON WILL HAVE TIME TO CREATE BLUE CARDS FOR ALL FALL ATHLETES.**
