New Facilities Use System

We are happy to announce that we will be using an online scheduling program (FS Direct) to help with our facilities use and planning.

This will display the public view, there may be events scheduled that are not set for general viewing - when you submit a request the system will check for availability against the full calendar.

To put in a building request you must login to the system - there's a link at the top right corner of the calendar view (use the link above). If you don't have an account you may signup at the same screen, just look fot Don't have an account? Create One.The request will be forwarded to building staff and follow along the same approval path just as if it was paper.  

Use the guides below if you need help accessing the system or completing a request.

Community User Help Guides

HV Staff Members:  You have the ability under school dude to fill out a building use request.  Login into school dude and use the schedule request tab. 

We anticipate this system to help with communications along the approval process but, it is new, so please bear with us as we work out the kinks. Feedback is always welcome so we may best serve our students and community.
