Elementary Classroom Teachers
The District is seeking dynamic, highly qualified individuals for probationary tenure track teaching positions within our elementary school. Applicants should have strong working knowledge of the Next Generation Learning Standards, and should be able to establish positive relationships with colleagues, students and families, observe and evaluate students’ performance, differentiate instruction and utilize technology to maximize student learning. A qualified candidate is expected to hold and maintain appropriate certifications: Childhood Education 1-6 and/or Early Childhood Education Birth-Grade 2. Literacy or Special Education certifications preferred.

Science Teacher
The Board of Education of the Hoosic Valley Central School District is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full time, probationary Science Teacher position in the Jr. Sr. High School for the 2019-20 School Year. Candidate must possess NYS General Science certification. MS/HS General Science with Living Environment dual certification preferred, however all Science Certifications will be considered.
