Class of 2021 Apparel Sale - Orders due Friday

Attention Juniors & Seniors: Students without parking permits should not be parking in the student lot. Please report to main office to apply for a permit.

WANTED: Cover designer for the 2020 Yearbook. See specs posted on bulletin boards. Please submit your design to Mrs. Pallozzi by TOMORROW. Designs will be reviewed by an anonymous panel who will select one design for our cover.

Auditions for Matilda will begin Oct. 21st. All students interested in being a part of the cast or crew MUST hand in an audition packet by THURSDAY. Packets may be picked up in the Band & Chorus rooms.

MORP is Friday, Oct. 25th from 7 – 10pm. Get your tickets during homeroom from Mr. Myott or Mr. O’Brien.

Ski Club begins January 8th. Forms are available in the Main office. See Mr. O’Brien in Rm. #23 if you have questions.

Any boys interested in playing JV or Varsity basketball should attend a meeting TOMORROW Pd. 13 in the gym. See Coach Lilac with questions.

There will be a National Honor Society meeting TODAY Pd. 13 in Rm. #101.

The National Honor Society is holding a food drive to benefit the Pittstown Food Pantry beginning TOMORROW. Please bring in non-perishable items to your homeroom and help people in need. The homeroom that brings in the most will receive breakfast!

School picture retakes are scheduled THURSDAY from 8-12 in the LGIA. If you were absent on picture day or if you need a re-take, drop by the LGIA either during homeroom, lunch or study hall. Please see Mrs.Pallozzi in Rm. #106 if you have any questions. Senior Portrait retakes will also be done during those times. Please make an appointment at www.ismile.appointy.com

There will be a Senior Class meeting TODAY Pd. 13 in Rm. #220.   The senior class meeting scheduled for TODAY has been re-scheduled for TOMORROW.


If you share housing with relatives, friends or others because you lost your housing or have nowhere else to go, you may be covered under the McKinney-Vento Act. Students covered under the Act have the right to stay in the same school and get transportation to school, or immediately enroll in the local school.

Jr. Sr. HighHigh School Librarian, Ms. long, is excited to report that Hoosic Valley Students in grades 7-12 now have access to the Questar Digital Library. Through their computer or electronic devices (Nook, Kindle, IPad, phone) students can “check-out” e-books. Students should use their student id as their user id (listed on either report cards or schedules) and remember to capitalize their last name. Please see Ms. Long with any questions.
