Swimming Update: Schaghticoke Youth Commission Summer Camp will be participating in the Hoosick Falls Pool program this year! COVID protocols will be in place at the pool. Swim lessons will be on the following dates: July 19,20,21,22 and July 26, 27, 28, 29. You MUST fill out the swim registration form on camp registration night and pay an additional swim fee of $55 per camper. Swim lessons will be offered to the first 80 campers who sign up. Posted 4/8/2021: The 2021 summer camp begins July 6 and runs through August 5.
Camp will not be open Monday, July 5th for observance of 4th of July.  It will be held at the Hoosic Valley High School. Campers can register on May 5th and 6th from 6:00 - 7:15 at the Town Hall. All CDC protocols will be followed. You must wear a mask and practice social distancing. No late registrations will be accepted. Money will be collected on registration day this year. Parents must have current immunizations, proof of Town of Schaghticoke residency or a Hoosic Valley report card. The Town Times Spring newsletter will have the registration forms. These forms will be available at Town Hall and on registration nights. There is a non-refundable $50 fee for Town of Schaghticoke and Village of Schaghticoke residents. In addition, if those residents want their child to participate in their 2-week swim program at the Hoosick Falls Pool, there will be more information to follow. Hoosic Valley students who do not reside in the Town of Schaghticoke will be charged a non-refundable fee of $230 for the 5-week program. The fee will be reduced to $150 for any additional child from the same household. If the non-residents want their child to participate in the 2-week swim program at the Hoosick Falls Pool, again, there will be more information to follow. Any questions?
