A group of Mrs. McCauliffe's high school art students attended a field trip to Salem Art Works. They worked in two disciplines, glass and welding. A plasma cutter was used to cut their hand drawn designs out and then they welded them to a base. In the glass shop students made a paper weight or a flower adding different color cane to make a beautiful piece.
